SPANISH TRANSLATIONS

I am an on-call Spanish to English translator for Applied Language Solutions, an outsourcing agency for translators, and have worked with them on several projects relating to contracts and brochure translations since 2006.

I translated a book entitled The Science of Natural Law, by Dr. Francisco Puy of the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain. This 600-page text is about the philosophy of law and its relation to natural law.

I also translated John Berger’s Into Their Labours: A Literary Anthropological Perspective, a book of literary and anthropological criticism by Jose Manuel Saa of the University of Sevilla, Spain.

I worked with a number of professors translating documents from old Spanish into English while researching the history of chocolate in America in the Archive of the Indias, Seville, Spain.
